Accessibility statement
Last updated: October 2026
Weird Wisdom Limited wants babelbell.com to be usable by as many people as possible. Accessibility matters to us because the service itself exists to widen access to essential conversations.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA. We design for readable text, clear colour contrast, keyboard use, and content that works with a screen reader. We are honest that we have not had this site independently audited, so we describe this as our aim and our ongoing work, not a certified result.
What we have done
- Text content that reflows on small screens with no horizontal scrolling.
- Form fields with visible labels that pair with the input.
- Meaningful page titles and a logical heading order.
- Decorative images marked so a screen reader can skip them.
Known limits
Some decorative areas of the homepage use background imagery and animated speech bubbles that carry no information and are hidden from assistive technology. If you find anything that is hard to use, please tell us and we will fix it.
Telling us about a problem
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or you need information in a different format, email privacy@weirdwisdom.co.uk and tell us what you were trying to do. We will reply and work to put it right.
Enforcement
If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service, which advises on the rights of disabled people in the United Kingdom.
